What should I expect in a Private Session?

In a private sound healing session Laura use pyramids, bowls and crystal grids over, under and on you. The vibration from the sound and the grids will clear away any negative energy as well as balance your chakras.

What should i expect in a group setting?

A group sound healing workshop allows several people to receive the healing from crystal bowls, pyramids and chimes while laying down in a meditative state. Each participants experience is uniquely their own.

How do Crystal Bowls/Sound healing work?

The frequencies and vibrations emitted from the sacred crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and chimes work within each cell of the body to re-balance, restore and open cells that have lost their natural vibration and health. Playing each instrument in a specific manner and pattern will bring harmony back into the body and allow a healthy flow of energy.
