Laura is committed to upholding the highest integrity as a healer and business owner. To help do that the following policies have been put in place to honor both the client’s time and manage all expectations.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. No exceptions.

Appointment Policy

All appointments run 1 hour (60 minutes), unless otherwise noted by Laura or in advance. Any session that runs over the hour—with consent from the client—are an additional fee, charged in 30 minute increments as needed. All appointment start at the scheduled time so Laura asks you plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Any late arrivals’ appointments are curtailed to fit within the allotted hour time slot and will not run over without a fee.
